Refund and Return Policy

Returns

At Mighty Dynamo, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our whey protein and related supplements. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mightydynamo.in with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Refunds

We only offer refunds for items with manufacturing defects. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited within 15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the third-party payment gateway’s processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mightydynamo.in.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Replacement products will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Exchange Products will also be delivered in 7-10 business days. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@mightydynamo.in and follow the return instructions provided.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide upon contacting us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
